What to expect when you quit

Giving up smoking is not easy for everyone. You won't feel great in the first few days so be prepared.

While your body flushes out those tobacco toxins, you’ll feel withdrawal symptoms and nicotine cravings. Don’t be alarmed, you will not die but you might feel ill.

Tired and irritable (like a bear with a sore head!)
Hungry and dizzy
Your head might hurt and you may start coughing too…

Do not worry, all this is normal and it WILL get better soon.
